Common questions
Why not contact the factory directly?
You can — for a standard machine, a factory sales office works fine. The problems start with a complete line: the scope has to be engineered, the manufacturing watched, the shipment inspected and the start-up supported. That is the job we do, and it is a different job from selling you a machine.
How do you charge?
Equipment is invoiced by the manufacturer; our service fee is quoted separately and transparently. You always see the two apart — no hidden markup inside the machine price.
What if the line misses its figures?
Performance figures go into the contract, payment is milestone-based, and there is a named person — us — standing between you and the factory when something needs to be argued.
Can we visit and inspect?
Yes. Workshop visits and video inspections are arranged directly; key component machining can be witnessed during production.
