Recycled containerboard / OCC line

From bale conveyor to machine approach flow system: pulping, coarse and fine screening, cleaning, fractionation and refining — engineered around your furnish and grade.

Virgin fiber preparation line

Chemical or mechanical pulp preparation at 3–5% consistency, with refining and screening matched to the paper machine.

Machine approach & multi-ply systems

Machine screens, cleaner banks and mixing chests for one- to three-ply forming — the section where uniformity and runnability are decided.

Upgrade & capacity retrofit

Bottleneck analysis and targeted equipment replacement for existing lines — raise capacity or quality without rebuilding the whole line.
